Welcome a discussion on collaboration within branch countries when WBCSD deliver regional events to enhance closer working for both partners - as hosts of COP26 as UKBCSD chair I am keen we maximise this especially post covid.

Assume WBCSD would like network members to reflect the M&As , new criteria into our network structure. Also alignment between membership at WBCSD and local networks - Ireland would love to chat.

Welcome closer alignment - the new criteria presents a step away from SDGs as a core commitment ??? No commitment to enable or commitment to SDGs? In UK we are pushing this hard to mainstream beyond SV, ESGs into tangible SDG actions - concerned this is not a criteria headline? Like tangible use but??

Will you consider expelling members if they do not adhere?

Fiippo, pls could you tell a little bit about your approach to come to these new criteria, how you engaged with the partners and got them on board?

how will you see this new membership criteria impact the WBCSD membership recruitment/retention?

Is there any priority work at WBCSD to target and address barriers for companies to make the commitments? Often times they wish to make the commitment but the policy and business environment in their markets do not allow for them to do so.

UK membership increased 30% during lockdown and covid as it expanded engagement - welcome joint coms, media with WBCSD and other network partners. Good to share membership data and how we manage natural churn vs impacts of covid etc

How can we align BCSD efforts towards creating better policy environment in countries?

Welcome supporting future launch date and ensuring network links as we are reviewing our M&As and will reflect a lighter version of the WBCSD criteria which acts as a pathway into the WBCSD enhanced criteria. Positive engagement and launch could be linked to COP26 which we are engaged with in UK

Both HK members, New World Group and jardines are new joins to WBCSD in 2020, will "membership criteria" be news to them?

Hi, Elisha from Maala in Israel - regarding all the discussion about membership, are we referring to our membership as organization/CSR networks? or rather business members?maybe this is obvious but I feel a bit confused by the whole discussion
